Member Relationship Lead

Location: Pittsburg Main Branch

Kansas Teachers Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Lead to support teller operations, assist with team guidance, and provide excellent service to our members. This position plays an important role in helping ensure accurate transactions, smooth daily operations, and a positive member experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong teller or banking experience, proven cash handling accuracy, excellent communication skills, and a positive leadership approach. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping members, supporting co-workers, and contributing to a professional, service-focused branch environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years of teller or banking experience
  • Proven cash handling accuracy and strong customer service skills
  • Leadership ability and experience assisting or mentoring team members
  • Previous lead teller or supervisory teller experience preferred
  • Experience assisting with teller training or scheduling preferred
